The Stakeholder Council
Embedding stakeholder voice and influence within Lippy People CIC is a central element of our internal democracy. To this end, a ‘Stakeholder Council’ has been built into our constitution with the function of representing the views and ideas of stakeholders within our internal decision making processes.
The Stakeholder Council meets three times a year and nominates a representative to become a Director of the company, in addition to offering ongoing advice to the company Directors. The Stakeholder Council is also central to supporting Lippy People measure, understand and improve its social impact.
Company stakeholders are anyone who has an investment in the success of Lippy People. They may include project participants, project partners, investors, funders, volunteers, people with a specialist interest or knowledge or interest in the future success of Lippy People.
We have set up a Stakeholder Council for the North and under development is the Stakeholder Council for the West Midlands and one for the South.
Membership of the North is:
West Yorkshire Community Chaplaincy Project
Fionuala McGlynn
Lenny Sellars
Pixie Pickering
Veronique Raingeval
